Half a can of SPAM® Classic sliced
453g linguine pasta
440ml (heated) cream based pasta sauce
75g of mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
Parsley to garnish
Red Wine if desired for taste (optional seasoning)
Cracked black pepper to garnish
Prepare pasta as directed on package.
Sauté SPAM® Classic until lightly browned. Season with pepper and red wine.
Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add warm pasta sauce to the prepared pasta.
Stir in the SPAM® mixture. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
