Grill up kabobs that bring the heat and the sweet. Take meaty chunks of SPAM® Lite and fresh pineapple and skewer them together with zesty red peppers and onions. Then serve them up hot and grill-marked for greatness.
1 (340g) can SPAM® Lite cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 red onion cut into 3/4 inch wedges
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
Heat grill to medium heat.
Alternately thread SPAM® Teriyaki, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple onto 8 to 12 skewers.
Grill the skewers, turning occasionally and brushing with teriyaki sauce, for 8 minutes or until kabobs are hot and have thick grill marks.
