SPAM® Lite, Pineapple, and Red Pepper Kabobs

Grill up kabobs that bring the heat and the sweet. Take meaty chunks of SPAM® Lite and fresh pineapple and skewer them together with zesty red peppers and onions. Then serve them up hot and grill-marked for greatness.


  • 1 (340g) can SPAM® Lite cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into 3/4 inch wedges
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce


  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Alternately thread SPAM® Teriyaki, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple onto 8 to 12 skewers.
  3. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally and brushing with teriyaki sauce, for 8 minutes or until kabobs are hot and have thick grill marks.
