SPAM® Fries

Today is Fryday! Even if it’s Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or even Friday. Every day is Fryday with these delicious treats.


  • 1 x 340g can SPAM® Classic
  • Peanut oil, for frying
  • Stir Fry Sauce or Sriracha Ketchup, for dipping


  1. Heat about 4 inches of oil in a heavy pan or fryer to 180°C.
  2. Cut the SPAM® Classic lengthwise into six slices.
  3. Cut each slice into 4 thick matchsticks.
  4. In small batches, place the fries in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp, or about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve the warm fries with dipping sauces.
