- 1 x 340g can SPAM® Classic
- Peanut oil, for frying
- Stir Fry Sauce or Sriracha Ketchup, for dipping
- Heat about 4 inches of oil in a heavy pan or fryer to 180°C.
- Cut the SPAM® Classic lengthwise into six slices.
- Cut each slice into 4 thick matchsticks.
- In small batches, place the fries in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp, or about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve the warm fries with dipping sauces.
