A saucy, caramelised dish that is sure to satisfy like a trip to Chinatown.
1 can of SPAM® Classic 340g
Small round potato, 500g
30g of crystal sugar
30g of brown sugar
Light soy sauce
Dice SPAM® Classic into cubes, and fry.
Put potatoes into boiling water until well cooked, then, pour the water, and peel the potatoes, cut potatoes into half.
Stir-fry the potatoes until the surface of potatoes brown, and put potatoes onto another plate.
Turn the heat down, and add cooking oil until it heats up, put crystal sugar and brown sugar in, and slow stir until sugar melts down.
Put SPAM® cubes and potatoes in, turn up the heat, and quick stir, until every piece of SPAM® and potatoes are covered with sugar. Add ⅓ glass of boiling water, add oyster sauce, and light soy sauce, 2.5g salt. Boil with medium heat until the sauce thickens and absorbs.
