Corn Chowder

Ingredients

• 1 (340g) can SPAM® Product of your choosing, cubed<
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 tbsp butter or margarine
• 2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 2 (425g) cans cream-style corn
• 3 cups milk

Directions

1. In 3-quart saucepan, sauté onion in butter over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Add potatoes and green pepper. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
3. Add corn and milk. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in SPAM® Classic
6. Simmer 2 minutes.
