1. ELIGIBILITY: Page Post Promotions are open only to legal residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older as of specific promotion start date. If you reside outside Canada, or where prohibited or restricted by law, or are otherwise ineligible, do NOT attempt to enter the Page Post Promotion. By entering the Page Post Promotion, all entrants agree to the Official Rules and all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.
2. TO ENTER. You can enter the Page Post Promotion through the SPAM® Brand Canada Instagram page (www.instagram.com/ SpamBrandCa). Follow the instructions on the Page Post Promotion to enter. Entry Restrictions. An individual may only win once every 18 months.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be notified by a direct message or a tag in a Story post. Page Post Promotion winners will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Note that an individual may only win once every 18 months. By participating, entrants accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.
4. Prizes/Odds of Winning/Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"). Grand Prize - Prize will be clearly specified in the Page Post Promotion. Six (6) winners will receive a box containing three (6) SPAM® products.

Restrictions Applicable to Prize. Limit one (1) prize per Instagram profile, family or household. No prize substitution, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion due to unavailability of prize (or any prize element) for any reason and only then for prize/prize element of equal or greater value. No prize transfer. All expenses related to acceptance or use of prize which are not specified in these Official Rules as well as applicable taxes on prize are winner's sole responsibility. Prizes may vary for each contest and will be clearly stated in number of eligible entries received.
5. Conditions of Participation. In the event of non-compliance with the eligibility requirements or if prize notification for any prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, such prize will be forfeited without compensation of any. The preceding in no way precludes Sponsor from taking other actions against such individuals so as to protect its rights. By submitting an entry into this Contest, each entrant confirms his or her understanding of and compliance with these Official Rules, and releases the Released Parties (as defined below) from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim, loss, damage or injury arising out of, relating to or in connection with participation in this Contest or any Prize awarded.
