Steamed Tofu with SPAM® & Dried Shrimps

  • Tofu 150g
  • SPAM® Low Sodium or new SPAM® MaLa 150g
  • Dried shrimps 10g
  • Light soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Dried red pepper
  • Scallions
  • Broth 2/3 cup


  • 1.Slice SPAM® product (5mm thick), and stir-fry SPAM® slices until they golden brown.
  • 2.Put diced Tofu into pot of salted water, then cook until boiling.
  • 3.Take tofu out from boiling water, put into cold water.
  • 4.In a wok, quickly stir fry the dried small shrimp.
  • 5.Add broth add one teaspoon of salt. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • 6.Put tofu into broth and cook around 3 more minutes.
  • 7.Add SPAM® slices into broth and carefully stir.
  • 8.Add soy sauce and few drops of oil to taste.
  • 9.Garnish with scallions and dried red pepper.
