SPAM® Spring Roll

  • SPAM® Classic 150g
  • Spring roll wrapper
  • Chinese chives 100g
  • Carrot 100g
  • Black fungus 50g
  • Light soy sauce 10g
  • Oyster sauce 10g
  • Salt 4g
  • Sugar 2g


  • 1.Preheat oil in a deep-fryer.
  • 2.Make the spring roll filling: SPAM® Classic, black fungus, shredded carrot and Chinese chives. Mix with salt.
  • 3.Put some of the filling in a line across the middle of a spring roll wrapper.
  • 4.Roll from the edge to the center, then fold the sides in, then continue rolling.
  • 5.Wet the edge of the wrapper with water and close off the wrap.
  • 6.Deep-fry several SPAM® spring rolls at a time until rolls turn golden brown.
  • 7.Remove from heat, cool spring rolls on paper towel to remove excess oil.
