  • 1 can SPAM® MaLa or SPAM® Less Sodium, diced (1cm x 1 cm)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Large Potato, Diced and Parcooked
  • 1/4 White Onion, Diced Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Cilantro for garnishing


  • 1.HEAT Butter on skillet on medium heat.
  • 2.COOK Diced Potatoes on medium-high heat until sides have browned lightly.
  • 3.SEASON with Black Pepper and a pinch of Salt.
  • 4.COVER and cook Diced Potatoes on medium heat until tender inside.
  • 5.ADD SPAM® diced and cook until sides are slightly toasted.
  • 6.ADD Diced White Onions and cook until soft.
  • 7.ADD Grated Cheddar Cheese and let it melt on top of the potatoes, SPAM® and onions.
  • 8.TOP with Cilantro.
