Serving Suggestion


They say eating pancit gives you long life. They also say an itchy palm means you will travel soon. Who are ”they” anyway? Maybe you should be more critical of things “they” tell you. But rest assured SPAMCIT™ is the real thing, even if it’s too tasty to be true.


  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 75g SPAM® Classic, sliced then cut into ½cm strips
  • 160g shrimps
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 500mL water
  • 75mL oyster sauce
  • 350g pancit canton/ glass noodles / ramen noodles
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • ½ head cabbage, chopped


  1. Heat cooking oil and sauté garlic, onion and shrimp.
  2. Add SPAM® Classic strips and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add water and oyster sauce. Let it boil.
  4. Once boiling, add in noodles and cook until done.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Add in carrots and cabbage 5 minutes before removing from heat.
  7. Serve.
