SPAM® Grilled Cheese with Brie and Peaches

You'll feel just peachy after just one bite of this elevated classic.


  • 8 slices of sourdough bread
  • 4 tablespoons butter room temperature
  • 225g Brie, sliced
  • Two large peaches, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 (340g) can SPAM® Less Sodium, thinly sliced


  1. Prepare grill for medium high heat.
  2. Griddle SPAM® Less Sodium to golden brown each side, about three minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Assemble sandwiches starting with bread butter side out, Brie, cooked SPAM® Less Sodium, smear of honey mustard, topped with bread butter side out.
  4. Place sandwiches on the grill. Cook till bread is toasted golden brown and cheese melts, roughly three minutes per side.
