What could be more of a classic breakfast than a cast iron skillet full of browned potatoes, cooked bell peppers, and of course, glorious SPAM® Classic? It’s the meal that’ll have you asking, “Hash anyone started making breakfast yet?”
1 x 340g can SPAM® Classic, diced
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 large baking potatoes, peeled and diced
½ red bell pepper, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
In 10-inch cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Cook onions 3 minutes or until translucent.
Add potatoes and cook 7 to 10 minutes or until golden.
Stir in SPAM® Classic, red and green and bell peppers and cook until heated through and browned.
