Ingredients

  • 1 SPAM® Classic (340g)
  • Potatoes (500g)
  • Rock sugar (30g)
  • Brown sugar (30g)
  • Soy sauce
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Oyster Sauce

Directions

  1. Cut the SPAM® Classic into small pieces, fry it in a pan until the surface is brown, take it out and set aside.
  2. Pour potato cubes into boiling water until soft, take out the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Put the potato pieces into the oil pan and fry until the surface is brown, take it out and set aside.
  4. Add oil over low heat. When the oil is hot, add rock sugar and brown sugar and stir slowly until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Add the SPAM® Classic and potato cubes to the pot, turn up the heat and stir-fry quickly until the surface of the luncheon meat and potato cubes are coated with sugar. Pour 1/3 of the boiling water, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of salt, and cook over medium heat until the juice thickens.
  6. Plate and garnish with celery leaves.
