Steamed Tofu with SPAM® & Dried Shrimps

- Tofu 150g
- SPAM® Low Sodium or new SPAM® MaLa 150g
- Dried shrimps 10g
- Light soy sauce
- Dried red pepper
- Broth 2/3 cup
- 1.Slice SPAM® product (5mm thick), and stir-fry SPAM® slices until they golden brown.
- 2.Put diced Tofu into pot of salted water, then cook until boiling.
- 3.Take tofu out from boiling water, put into cold water.
- 4.In a wok, quickly stir fry the dried small shrimp.
- 5.Add broth add one teaspoon of salt. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- 6.Put tofu into broth and cook around 3 more minutes.
- 7.Add SPAM® slices into broth and carefully stir.
- 8.Add soy sauce and few drops of oil to taste.
- 9.Garnish with scallions and dried red pepper.
