- SPAM® Classic 150g
- Spring roll wrapper
- Chinese chives 100g
- Carrot 100g
- Black fungus 50g
- Light soy sauce 10g
- Oyster sauce 10g
- Salt 4g
- Sugar 2g
- 1.Preheat oil in a deep-fryer.
- 2.Make the spring roll filling: SPAM® Classic, black fungus, shredded carrot and Chinese chives. Mix with salt.
- 3.Put some of the filling in a line across the middle of a spring roll wrapper.
- 4.Roll from the edge to the center, then fold the sides in, then continue rolling.
- 5.Wet the edge of the wrapper with water and close off the wrap.
- 6.Deep-fry several SPAM® spring rolls at a time until rolls turn golden brown.
- 7.Remove from heat, cool spring rolls on paper towel to remove excess oil.
