- 1 can SPAM® MaLa or SPAM® Less Sodium, diced (1cm x 1 cm)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 Large Potato, Diced and Parcooked
- 1/4 White Onion, Diced Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Cilantro for garnishing
- 1.HEAT Butter on skillet on medium heat.
- 2.COOK Diced Potatoes on medium-high heat until sides have browned lightly.
- 3.SEASON with Black Pepper and a pinch of Salt.
- 4.COVER and cook Diced Potatoes on medium heat until tender inside.
- 5.ADD SPAM® diced and cook until sides are slightly toasted.
- 6.ADD Diced White Onions and cook until soft.
- 7.ADD Grated Cheddar Cheese and let it melt on top of the potatoes, SPAM® and onions.
- 8.TOP with Cilantro.
