SPAM® Creamy Farfalle

An Italian pasta dish with firm SPAM® Classic with a slight parmesan cheese flavour, perfected by smooth eggs a refined European delicacy, always a pleasant surprise!
- SPAM® Classic
- Farfalle (or regular Italian pasta)
- 1.Cut SPAM® Classic into thin pieces, blanch asparagus, cook Farfalle.
- 2.Heat a pan, pour salad oil in the hot pan, add sliced SPAM® Classic and the cooked Farfalle; stir fry for 1 minute; add cream and asparagus, cook for another minute (or until cream is half absorbed).
- 3.Add a yolk, quickly stir and mix it, then add salt and pepper for flavour. At the end, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- 4.Note: Regular Italian pasta also applies.
